Sling shot ,,,,,, The Wild Thing

Feb 27/15  Weather down to a high of 74 today, sunny.  Still feels really warm in the sun, night still at 55.   A little cool down and closer to normal temperature.
Somedays you just putz around town, have breakfast at a diner and stop if something catches your eye.   That was today.   We had a fantastic breakfast at Black Bear Diner then cruised around town.

We have seen several of these wild looking machines in the area of Lake Havasu - 3 wheeled machines called Slingshot made by Polaris.   They called them a reverse trike but we disagree with that description since in a trike you sit behind each other same as a motorcycle; these contraptions you sit beside each other.  Can't say we have actually seen them anywhere else on the road before except in our motorcycle magazine.   Billy was curious to sit in one,,,, he did and found out it's like sitting in a Vette.  You crawl in and sit down low and have a heck of a time getting your old legs and body back out of it and vertical again!!!!    Not really for us but you have to admit you can't stop looking at this wild looking thing.
