Oct 26/27 2018 Weather on Friday is mild rain showers. We cannot avoid the rain on Friday and there is little wind so we are moving on a few hundred miles across Tennessee. No point in staying in Nashville, it is going to rain so we can't ride. No point in going to Memphis for the same reason. Both are higher priced camping and noisy due to the urban centers so we are opting to stay in a small rv park half way between the two. Never stopped here before but the reviews are positive.
For the next two nights we will try Parkers Crossroads RV Park.
As it turns out the park is small and quiet with a handfull of nice level concrete pull thrus. We have a down day to do a bit of odd jobs, maybe a little cleaning or not!
Saturday the 27th turned out to be nice and sunny, high of 68 low of 47. Great day to putz around. We are moving slowly along as we have an appointment in Searcy, Arkansas on Wednesday Oct 31. No hurry to get there; and of course we are never in a hurry anyways!
